Sailing Plan 1 (SP1) Report
All vessels which will pass through the Turkish Straits should advise their arrival details (SP1 report) at least 24 hours before to arrival to the first Turkish Strait at each way.
Very Important: All reports should be sent to agents
According to Turkish Straits Reporting System (TUBRAP), arrival details should be reported in below format:
- A - Vessel's Name / Flag / Call Sign / IMO No / MMSI No
- B - Date/Time (Reporting Date/Time)
- C - Position (Reporting Position)
- F - Max Maneuvering And Sea Speed
- G - Port Of Departure
- H - Date/Time And Point Of Entry Into Traffic Separation Scheme
- I - Port Of Destination
- J - Pilot Requirements
- O - Fwd / Aft Drafts And Air Draft
- P - Cargo (Type And Quantity Of Cargo)
- Q - Defect/Damage/Deficiencies/Other Limitations Vsl's Date Of Build
- R - Description And Un Or Imo Number Of Dangerous Cargo On Board
- T - Vessel's agent name
- U - Ship's Type / LOA / GT / NT / DWT / Present Displacement
- W - Total crew on board & Name of Captain
- X - P And I Policy Number And Due Date
- Note: Bunker on arrival TSS (FO - DO - LO)
- Note: Date of Build
- Note: Last PSC port and date
